Service of my 2006 Honda Pilot David met me in the service bay and escorted me to the waiting room. I wanted to have the oil and filter changed (using my free coupon), and he said David met me in the service bay and escorted me to the waiting room. I wanted to have the oil and filter changed (using my free coupon), and he said they were pretty busy and that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. As it turned out it was about an hour and was informed that my vehicle was due for an air and cabin filters. I elected not to have them replaced at this time.
