Excellent, Prompt Service I made an appointment and took my 2016 Pilot in for it's first service. It only had 3200 miles on it but was already in service for 12 months so I th I made an appointment and took my 2016 Pilot in for it's first service. It only had 3200 miles on it but was already in service for 12 months so I thought it should get the oil, filter and tire rotation. I was greeted by Jerrell Ferguson who was polite, helpful and good natured. A pleasure to deal with. He got my car checked in, and I was back on the road in about 45 minutes.
