Above and Beyond I stopped by Freedom Honda yesterday to pay off my 2013 Honda CRV and was told by Ricky Olson that the payment was not handled through the dealership. I stopped by Freedom Honda yesterday to pay off my 2013 Honda CRV and was told by Ricky Olson that the payment was not handled through the dealership. However, at that point, he went above and beyond in terms of customer service. He contacted Honda Financial and we made arrangements with them and based on my immediate need, he provided an overnight service to me at no charge, expedited the transaction and saved me a great deal of time and headache. It is nice to know that there are people who recognize and are compassionate about the needs of others. I would like to thank him for his "insanely great" customer service on my behalf. I had a battery problem - would go dead after one to two weeks of not being driven. Three times from May 2010 to June 2012 I took it to Front Range Honda in Colorado Springs and they could not find any pro weeks of not being driven. Three times from May 2010 to June 2012 I took it to Front Range Honda in Colorado Springs and they could not find any problem. After the Freedom Honda dealer opened, I took it there in September 2012 and they fixed the problem - the first visit. It was a slightly loose connection of the battery negative wire. I have had no problem since. I go to Freedom for all of my service and they are friendly, professional, prompt, and always have gotten the job done on time. I especially have found that Dan Moran is a fantastic service manager (I believe that is his title.) More
I have purchased three cars from them within the last year. Two new and one used. I had wonderful sales service both times we were in there making our purchases. Everyone from Sales all the way to Finance went above and beyond both times. Recently we ran into issues that occurred with the used car we purchased. We had been in for service with the first new car and the used car prior to the issues arising. I contacted the Service Department and instantly we were taken care of. They also went way above and beyond to help us solve the issues! There has not been one occurrence that I could say anything bad about Freedom Honda and their team of people. We have dealt with all the departments and have been treated wonderfully by each of them. More
"Share my experience." Honestly it began as I needed a new gas cap on my S2000. While I knew Mark Fenton from a handful of meetings (from riding with other groups), he went out of his way to he needed a new gas cap on my S2000. While I knew Mark Fenton from a handful of meetings (from riding with other groups), he went out of his way to help me with the right product, no delays and that bright disposition I've always known him to posses and share. So a year later when I offered to help as a volunteer with the Black Forest Benefit consisting of a group of firefighters and non-fighters raising funds for and awareness to the needs of so many who lost so much in the fires just three weeks ago, I knew I wanted to ask the only dealership I've ever felt so comfortable at, Freedom Honda, to be the only automotive dealership sponsor at our event. I could have raised a bit more money in sponsorship funds had I contacted other dealerships but Freedom was the one I trusted and would feel proud to have associated with our benefit. They might say no...but they were the first folks I thought of! In talking with Bret Peterson for just few minutes and explaining our focus, he didn't hesitate to offer support. I was fighting back tears. To see individuals step up; to see a community come together for so many...it never ceases to amaze me. While I have not purchased a vehicle from Freedom nor have I (until last week) had a need for major service on my Honda (she doesn't operate like her typical racing machine without a functioning clutch! :>) ), I would trust anything to the folks at Freedom Honda in Colorado Springs. Simply put...they are "good people" and good people will always do the right thing regardless if it's finding the right gas cap or helping to rebuild a community. Thank you Mark and Bret.
