Going to a dealership for repairs MAY cost a little more than you could find elsewhere, to us the dependability and the backing of their work makes up that difference. More

In and out in just a bit less than the time I was quoted Vehicle was in for an electrical issue recall. I was quoted 4 to 5 hours to complete and I planned to just wait in the facility. ,Since it was over lu Vehicle was in for an electrical issue recall. I was quoted 4 to 5 hours to complete and I planned to just wait in the facility. ,Since it was over lunch, Jerrell provided me with a driver and transportation to a local restaurant as well as picking me up after lunch. My truck was done just short of four hours and delivered all washed and ready to go. Could not have asked for more. More

We had a possible service issue, a grinding noise around the rear wheel area for a couple of days, we wanted it checked out just in case. The noise had stopped but it was great to have it checked and cleared that everything was okay. They were timely, responsive and thorough. We always recommend your dealership. I'm sorry that I don't remember the service rep that took care of us. Everyone is excellent though! Thank you! And our thanks that there was no charge, we really did intend to pay for this service. :) More
Frances service rep provided outstanding customer service. My car oil light came on at 4,000 mile since service. Came to the dealership. Francis check in the vehicle and found out that the care had used 2.5 q My car oil light came on at 4,000 mile since service. Came to the dealership. Francis check in the vehicle and found out that the care had used 2.5 quarts for oil. Francis requested to bring it back after 1,000 miles. Engine light came shot of 1,000 miles. Francis requested another 1,000 check. Engine light came again check the oil and it had only used 1/2 of quart. She spoke with the Service Manager on all occasions and provided me with updates. Her professionalism and feed back was outstanding. More
