Service of my 2006 Honda Pilot David met me in the service bay and escorted me to the waiting room. I wanted to have the oil and filter changed (using my free coupon), and he said David met me in the service bay and escorted me to the waiting room. As it turned out it was about an hour and was informed that my vehicle was due for an air and cabin filters. I elected not to have them replaced at this time.
