Excellent, Prompt Service I made an appointment and took my 2016 Pilot in for it's first service. It only had 3200 miles on it but was already in service for 12 months so I th I made an appointment and took my 2016 Pilot in for it's first service. I was greeted by Jerrell Ferguson who was polite, helpful and good natured. A pleasure to deal with. He got my car checked in, and I was back on the road in about 45 minutes. Saved Our Road Trip We were leaving for vacation and had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired. Not only did they get the tire on in about 15 minutes after we arrived, but the installed price was $100 LESS than what the tire store was going to charge! More

Service department I brought my CRV into Honda because the steering column was making a clicking noise. Even though my car only has 5700 miles on it and it's a little I brought my CRV into Honda because the steering column was making a clicking noise. Even though my car only has 5700 miles on it and it's a little disappointing that it has a problem already. Apparantly, a cable needs to be replaced and I will be notified when it has come in. This does mean another trip for me to the dealership..... This was my first trip to service; the people I dealt with were very professional and courteous. More
