I just bought a 2021 CRV EX L model and I love it. The very young salesman(Trey) told me all about the car. Everyone (Caesar) was honest speaking and kind. I think she is plotting to make it hers! I don't remember the name of John's boss, but when John brought my situation up, he was able to override standard policy and give me the benefit of the doubt.
