I just bought a 2021 CRV EX L model and I love it. The very young salesman(Trey) told me all about the car. Everyone (Caesar) was honest speaking and kind. My feelings of a bad deal were quickly countered with consideration and flexibility by the dealership. If I could, I would buy another car from them tomorrow, they easily reached me on my level of integrity and and sealed the deal. I love the car and more importantly, my wife does too. I think she is plotting to make it hers! I don't remember the name of John's boss, but when John brought my situation up, he was able to override standard policy and give me the benefit of the doubt. This dealership thrives on honesty and telling it like it is. Being up front is important to me. Buying a car is my most difficult task and they made me happy! More

Service is always excellent and the lobby is comfortable to wait in with amenities such as two large TVs, vending machines, and service my Honda CRV.
