Are all car people crooked, incompetent and profit fixated? In a nutshell they told me that my Odyssey needed service that was already performed (i.e. air filter, cabin filter, power steering fluid), misdiagnos In a nutshell they told me that my Odyssey needed service that was already performed (i.e. air filter, cabin filter, power steering fluid), misdiagnosed a power steering leak and then treated me like the plague. In addition they said I needed a wheel alignment but when I took it somewhere else it spec'd fine. These people are supposed to be the cream of the crop for expertise and reputation but when they replaced a power steering pump and it turned out to be the hose and was still leaking I took it back. The good news I go it fixed at no charge. The bad news it took hours to replace a hose. This vehicle has been a money pit and when you add crappy service on top of it I'm not likely to buy another Honda ever. Follow up: I sent a message response to theirs. She wanted more information so I referred her to my Yelp review which is more detailed than this. No further response from them. I have to assume they haven't any defense for their train wreck service department. More

I was greeted by Jerrell who quickly moved through the process of checking in, he updated my information in the system and went above and beyond to find me a ride home when the service shuttle was out. After only an hour my Honda was ready; Jerrell quickly got the paperwork in order and I was on my way. I went back to the great people at Freedom Honda and they were so understanding and helped me get into the car that was meant for me. I am now the proud owner of a Honda Pilot. This time I also had the pleasure of working with Tommy lovato, Scott Brunelle and Brian Schaffer. Tommy has been very helpful to me still. He is very knowledgeable about Hondas. Whenever I have a question about my car I have been able to call him. Ive had a very pleasant experience both times and will definitely go back to Freedom Honda when it comes time to purchase another vehicle. A very good car buying experience overall. We had planned on buying a Toyota but after 5 minutes of thumb twirling and our daughter helping herself to the free popcorn and still not even being greeted we went across the street to Freedom Honda for proper service. I have never stepped foot on a car lot and not been asked if I need help nearly instantly. Love my Tacoma but can't sell people cars without interacting. So go see Vanna Zago at Freedom Honda...you won't be sad. More
