A previous repair garage said he needed over $3500 in engine repair just from testing the radiator flu Brought my son's 1999 Saturn in to be checked. A previous repair garage said he needed over $3500 in engine repair just from testing the radiator fluid. Naturally this didn't sound right so we took it to Freedom Honda. They tested the engine and found a seized radiator fan. They replaced it and did a front end alignment with tire balance for under $400. Car works great! I have purchased my last 4 new Hondas from Freedom Honda and have all my service and maintenance done there. Professional work, fair prices and excellent customer service. More

However, I would like to see Freedom Honda: (a) have a co The 100,000 mile maintenance package was competitively priced with non-dealerships. However, I would like to see Freedom Honda: (a) have a coupon for the "total" service (spark plugs, fluids, tensioner), instead of just the timing belt package. (b) start work at the 0700 appt, instead of 1100. "Offer" a loaner car if it is advertised as part of the timing belt package. (c) not push spark plug "valve adjustments" (follow what the owner's manual recommends). (d) disclose the timing belt package does not include $150 tensioner which needs to be replaced on 60% of the vehicles. This tensioner is standard with the O'Rileys timing belt parts package for $200. More

I came in with her on the weekend to see what she was buying. Sure, there was little negotiating with John Walker. We went in with our position researched. It fell within what they were willing to do. All in all, we negotiated maybe 10 minutes – no back and forth stuff -- then off to their finance guy – Dylan. He was very knowledgeable – beat the per-financing that we had setup by a little – went with Freedom’s financing arrangement -- finished the paperwork in minimal time. Very pleased with our purchase and service. More
