We Being a military memeber, we have moved around a lot. I have always used Honda dealerships for our car maintenance; and we are usually very happy. We just moved from a location where I didn't feel that the dealership was as knowledgeable and as trustworthy. Now that we have moved, I am using Freedom Honda. Every experience I have had there so far had been positive. The associate that helped me even took the time to look back in the system at the other dealerships to let me know when services were last completed. I did not feel that they were "out to get my money," but were advising me how to best take care of my vehicle. On a side note, I also watched the associate talk to an elederly man who seemed to struggle with communication. The associate went above and beyond communicating with this gentleman; she showed great compassion and patience. More
