There was absolutely no pressure. He walked me through all the possible options I had. He took me for a test drive and here I am 7 days later still loving my new Honda Civic. Two feedbacks that I have: 1. The Cruise Control feature on the car tends to go out of control down the slope. I set it for 35 and it ends up being 47 by the time i reach the bottom of the slope. The product can be fine tuned for this. 2. THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: Coffee could have been a bit stronger :) Once again...Matt was excellent and deserves a raise. More

When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, I started there. The sales department was very helpful with information about the fairly new model I was interested in, but also there was no pressure to buy right away. They knew I was working with the other dealer in town as well, so they were trying to earn my business. I was called when a car I was interested in arrived, and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Again, no pressure. I felt I was fairly treated in the financial discussion and didn't pay for anything I didn't want. The purchase process was very painless, and didn't take a significant amount of time either. So far, I'm loving my 2018 Clarity. More
