Car Buying Made Easy When our 1997 528i BMW blew its head gasket, we knew it was time to go car hunting. It wasn’t something we looked forward to doing. Our search for a mid-sized SUV took us all over the Springs during five days of hunting. At each stop we’d hand the sales rep. a list of features we wanted. Only a few, like Keith Jackson, did the research in advance before walking us out to show us what was available. During those five days we narrowed our search down to one or two cars; but in particular liked the Nissan Rogue. The others had most of the features we wanted, but the Nissan Rogue SL, that Keith showed us, had ALL of the desired features. We though about it overnight, returning the next day to confirm our decision. Keith had the car right up front, ready for us to take it on a final “confirmation” test drive. Joel took the lead when it came down to negotiating a price that was agreeable to both parties. In the end, I think that Freedom Honda got a good deal, and so did we. Ricky Olson was efficient and ready for us, when it came time to finalize the deal. In short order we were out the door, keys (fob?) in hand. All the team members —from Keith to Joel to Ricky — we’re friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our car has many features that we’re still learning. Keith generously offered to help us learn them, and already we’ve benefitted from his instructions. We appreciate such after-the-sale help, too! Professional, personal, and knowledgeable, We went to Freedom Honda just starting our research to buy either a new car with Costco program OR a newer used car. We didn’t even have our potential trade in with us. We found the ‘perfect’ used car 2015 CRV thanks to Kieth. The trade-in however, was a bit of a bumpy ride at first. After the purchase of the car was complete, we did not feel the trade in was the best price. Jeremy worked with us and tried to get more for what we were offered over the course of the following week. That went a long way - he tried. We also did not have a second key to the 2015 that we’d just purchased. Kieth contacted the previous owners, who mailed two keys to Kieth, who then mailed the extra keys to us. The personal concern and follow through is what made this experience 5 stars. More
