He has a very calm demeanor and it helped me feel at ease with the experience. The price negotiation was fairly straight forward. Also the final paperwork (that always has to be done) was not torturous. Glad we went there. More

Done with Freedom Honda My extended family and I have bought probably 10 or more vehicles from these people. But Their sales practices are getting to be too much for me. They My extended family and I have bought probably 10 or more vehicles from these people. But Their sales practices are getting to be too much for me. They want around $5000 above book value for their used Honda's. The first one I bought was a great car, even though it was really dirty. (They said it had been detailed.) I found legos in the seat pockets and a 3 inch boot knife in the back where the first aid kit goes. That is real safe. The second car I bought there, was a different story. The check engine light came on about a week after I bought it (They probably pulled a fuse and disconnected the battery to turn it off. Yes some people know that you dealers do this.) Not exactly honest in my opinion. The DVD player they hyped up so much only worked for the trip home. The next time we started the car it would not, and never did again and of course that is about a $900 fix. And we will not even talk about the smell. Ok, we will. They said they would set off an odor bomb or something. Well that made it smell like Clorox for a week and then the vomit smell came back. (They said this one was detailed too) They told me the red spot on the carpet was permanent and that they would have to re-dye it... After we took it upon ourselves to scrub the carpet with some hot soapy water, miraculously the red "permanent" stain was GONE. Not only that but under the console and drivers seat was a strange stiff area on the carpet. With a little scrubbing it was gone, and with it the vomit smell...... I do not even want to know what it was. As for their value....nearly $20,000 for a car that is very similar to one I can get in Motor City for $13,000. UM NOPE! Not even if it does have a vacuum full of someone else's dirt and dog dander in it. I guess that makes it more special. LOL I do not think I will go back and I will encourage everyone I know to steer clear. Edit: I forgot to mention that the second car we bought from them only had one key. They promised to get us another one, but two years later, I still don't have a key. I guess I will have to chalk that one up to not getting it in writing. More
