Administration set us up with friendly staff and let them know what happened so that we would have a much better experience at Freedom. Friendly Sales representative Seth helped us with picking out 2019 Honda CR-V. We bought our car late in the evening. He set up an appointment for us to come back another day to make sure we knew how to use all the car's features. Seth also followed up after to check if I had any more questions and that I was happy with the car. Joel worked with us on the price we were comfortable with. Mario in finance was easy to work with and got us the payment plan that met our needs. Tracey /customer relations also followed up to make sure we were happy. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice, not too nerve racking of experience. Well we all have that day when after weeks of searching the internet about what car not to buy we realize that we must go to an actual dealership and Well we all have that day when after weeks of searching the internet about what car not to buy we realize that we must go to an actual dealership and purchase the perfect car at thousands of dollars less than MSRP like everyone one the internet claims is possible. We meet Seth our future sales rep of the year candidate. He shows us to the exact car we want to look at. wow so far not too painful Much to car we need a CR-V sized vehicle for my wife and enough of Honda's new toys to keep me entertained. We found the car that is perfect and after some discounts ,we agreed on a price that I was actually comfortable with. Yes they have a survival course of add ons and warranties , but a polite no thank you and we moved on to buying our new CR-V. Horrible Service Department I purchased my new CRV in April 2017. At that time, their service department was top notch. However, in February 2018, they completely "overhauled" th I purchased my new CRV in April 2017. At that time, their service department was top notch. However, in February 2018, they completely "overhauled" their service staff and ever since then its been one issue after another. First incident was in April 2018, the service tech ran my car through the car wash with the passenger side window down and then proceeded to blame me for wet seats (I didn't drive it through the car wash). Then in September 2018, they charged me for air filters which is a covered item through Honda and when I tried to get my refund, the service manager was very hesitant and lied to me about the day the refund was processed. Lastly, I took my vehicle in on Saturday, February 16, 2019 for a routine maintenance. After the service was completed, I went to get inside my vehicle and found someone's Vape device sitting inside my cup holder and there was vape oils spilled on the passenger seat. When I brought this to the service manager's attention, he seemed annoyed and stated it was possibly a mistake and the device had fallen out of the service tech's pocket. This was my last straw, I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
