Nice people I brought my truck in for a fuel leak. Unfortunately, they had to order the part necessary to fix the truck. They asked if I could leave it at the dea I brought my truck in for a fuel leak. Unfortunately, they had to order the part necessary to fix the truck. They asked if I could leave it at the dealer for 6 days while the part was shipped to the dealer. Since the leak was really small, I figured I would just drive it while the part was being shipped. My Service Advisor, Junior Chavez, was able to have the part put on rush order, due to it being unsafe to drive, and I had my truck back in 2 days. I appreciate him, and the dealer, for putting in the extra effort to repair my truck in such a short time. More

Work on F-150 Had a couple of recalls and a front left wheel issue that needed to be checked. Described the issues with service advisor Michael Cunningham. Michae Had a couple of recalls and a front left wheel issue that needed to be checked. Described the issues with service advisor Michael Cunningham. Michael stated that with all the work needing to be done it my take a couple of days. No problem. Michael called me about half way through the first day and stated that the recall work was finished and that his front end guy was getting on the other issue. Found that the front left hub would have to be replaced due to a bearing problem and parts would be on order. Michael called me the the next morning, said parts showed up early and the truck was done. Michael kept me updated on what was going on with the repairs and the work got done quicker than anticipated. Good job. More
