Lies and no communication Lied about warranty, then didn’t know warranty. Said nothing was covered then admitted it was. It was a mess and everyone should question it. First time I took my back within a few days of buying it because they did the alignment wrong. They fixed it but my car made a pop noise every time i turned or hit a bump. Tech at ford said they had to tighten things that weren’t tightened during alignment. Paid all this money more a useless warranty and horrible service. We wanted a new ford truck but won’t due business with Corwin again. More

Great customer service Angela has done a great job of staffing the service center with hard working customer oriented people. Jesse was very conscientious of my time as my Angela has done a great job of staffing the service center with hard working customer oriented people. Jesse was very conscientious of my time as my schedule was tight on that friday. , He explained to me what needed to be done with my rig and how much time it would take and he was accurate. When another problem arose, he got me a ride home and brought my rig to me when it was done. The bill was handled over the phone. More
