Dealership 100% tried to scam me. Claimed I had an oil leak. Photos showed oil sprayed onto the oil pan. Wanted to charge me $150 to "inspect" and then, my guess, trick me into an expensive "repair". Engine hasn't leaked a drop on my garage floor, no smoke, never had to add oil. Betting this is how they pad their service margins - charging soccer moms bogus fees for nonexistent inspections and fake repairs. Shameful. Ultimate scam. Will be reporting to the BBB and anywhere else I can. More

The cost for the Multi point inspection with oil change it alot of money. Next time I will just get the oil change unless something important needs to be done to the car. Had Ford Transit RV there for a full month with complaint about grinding noise in rear differential. Turns out that front was found bad with shavings in fluid. Axle rebuilt on warranty. My only criticism is that - I asked the attendant why I had started receiving announcements of text messages on my car radio in just the last few months, never before in the 10 years I’ve owned the car. He didn’t know but tried to help me. The messages occur most often shortly after I get in and start the car. Of course, we could not repeat that there in the shop. However it continues to happen at the beginning of each trip I make. There doesn’t seem to be any way to view the messages, so what is the reason for this annoying feature. And why did it just start happening. More
