Not quite what we expected Went in for first service on our prepaid service plan. We also asked if we could get a key made that we could hide-a-key on the truck in case we los Went in for first service on our prepaid service plan. We also asked if we could get a key made that we could hide-a-key on the truck in case we lost the primary key while away from home. The key was $140.00 and does not work....it will open the door and turn in the ignition but does not start the truck... the alarm went off the first two times I tried it but at least it has stopped doing that after the third attempt... My wife was asked if we wanted the car washed and vacuumed when she dropped it off. She said yes. So, we paid for a $140.00 key that does not work and got overlooked on the car washing/vacuum option during the service visit...mildly disappointing because I will need to now schedule time to return to get key functioning More

Check engine light I took my 2013 F-150 in to get the check engine light looked at. I was expecting to get news of a major repair but instead when I called to get an upd I took my 2013 F-150 in to get the check engine light looked at. I was expecting to get news of a major repair but instead when I called to get an update I was informed that the repair needed was covered under a federal warranty that I was not aware of. They could have easily charged me for the repair and I would have not known any better. It's a nice feeling knowing I can take it to a shop with integrity. Thank you More
