Very organized I was apprehensive about this dealership since I had a horrible time trying to get someone to return my call. I actually drove 45 miles to set the app I was apprehensive about this dealership since I had a horrible time trying to get someone to return my call. I actually drove 45 miles to set the appointment in person. That was annoying. Once I had the appointment it was smooth sailing. They were organized and had my airbags changed in 2 hours. More
Ford Fusion oil change_routine care I’ve been to the oil service side of your dealership. Never had a bad experience. The staff seems to know their job and their upsale products. I’ve seen the same people over many service stops. A low turn over of staff shows they like their jobs, and that always transfers through in customer service attitude. Customers want to see that. I manage 2 retail stores with 10 employees, so I think my perspective has value. I’ll continue to go there for my routine care. Only suggestion When I came in I wasn’t greeted quickly. I had to wave to someone through the back room door window. They may not have heard me come in and were quick to respond. So not a major service foul. If you don’t already, have a bell/buzzer door alarm installed that can be heard in the back room. More
Lies and no communication Lied about warranty, then didn’t know warranty. Said nothing was covered then admitted it was. It was a mess and everyone should question it. First time I took my back within a few days of buying it because they did the alignment wrong. They fixed it but my car made a pop noise every time i turned or hit a bump. Tech at ford said they had to tighten things that weren’t tightened during alignment. Paid all this money more a useless warranty and horrible service. We wanted a new ford truck but won’t due business with Corwin again. More

Service, problems with air bags, were fixed Serviced vehicle as requested and through trouble shooting determined what the problem was with the air bag compressor and repaired it.
