We value you as a customer and would like to extend our apologies. It seems there is some miscommunication on which components are covered with a mechanical protection policy and the maintenance plan that covers your routine Lube Oil and Filter services. Most plans do not cover wear items such as brake pads, belts, hoses, tires, glass etc. To help rectify the situation we did provide a vehicle for you to drive while we performed the brake service since the pads were worn down to a minimum which we felt was unsafe. In addition we gave a fifty percent discount on the brake service to compensate for the misunderstanding. I am more than happy to reach out and discuss any additional concerns you may have.
