Fantastic experience at QuickLane during recent schedule oil change. Arrived earlier than scheduled prepared with my IPad for a lengthy stay, to my surprised my vehicle was on the rack and back to me in un oil change. Arrived earlier than scheduled prepared with my IPad for a lengthy stay, to my surprised my vehicle was on the rack and back to me in under 45 minutes. During the service I was informed my air filter was dirty and recommended to replace it. On check out the service tech, who was super friendly, completed the service paperwork, showed me a picture of the dirty air filter included in the paperwork, walked me out to my vehicle and together walked down the vehicle, checked the oil and ensured my total satisfaction. In short a pleasant surprise and 5 STAR service from beginning to end. More

I called the service center for an appointment to have my transmission looked at. My 2013 focus was having troubles. I got a recall notification that my car had a transmission recall. I made an appointment f transmission looked at. My 2013 focus was having troubles. I got a recall notification that my car had a transmission recall. I made an appointment for two months later. When I got there they informed me that the appointment was for other recalls. I told them that I only made an appointment for transmission. They said it would be the next year to get it looked at. I was not happy at all. They told me that they were at least six months out. I told them that was unacceptable. They said that I could leave it there. They would get to it eventually and they would need to change me for diagnosis. I thought it was a recall problem. They informed me that either way I would pay. Over a month later they called and said it wasn’t the recall problem and I had to pay for the diagnostic. I came to get the car and they informed me that they hadn’t done anything including the other repairs that was supposed to be done on the first appointment. I was very upset. I finally got my car back two weeks later. Two months later and $200 dollars later. Super unhappy with the service!!!! More
