Doug is amazing at what he does! There is no advisor I would have rather worked with! He made sure to check in with me and keep me posted from beginning to end. There is no advisor I would have rather worked with! He made sure to check in with me and keep me posted from beginning to end. More

The service center has a zero rating but the mobile service has a 5 star rating. I called because I had to replace the instrument cluster in my 2008 e450 motorhome. After replacement the securiloc ligh service has a 5 star rating. I called because I had to replace the instrument cluster in my 2008 e450 motorhome. After replacement the securiloc light was locked in. The service center said it had to be done there not mobile but they can’t fit a motorhome. After paying a non ford mobile mechanic 500 and he couldn’t clear the securiloc function he contacted several ford dealers for me. That was how I was put in contact with Tina Beaver who then referred me to Donna Gorham for mobile service. The mobile guys showed up on time and I was fixed within 30 minutes. The service center said they couldn’t do it as a mobile service because they needed the shops WiFi. The mobile service has their own mobile WiFi so that was wrong. I feel the service shop wants the business there and not given to the ford mobile techs. I also got the same response from presser ford about the mobile techs. Over a month of frustration for me was solved by office personnel at corwin not the service techs that I talked to. Getting my motorhome towed to prosser or hermiston would have cost me well over 1k dollars where corwin is right down the street from me More
