I went in to replace the purge valve my warranty company didn't cover so he made up that the water pump was not working false, he even told me if the company called for me to lie basically he lied to the wa didn't cover so he made up that the water pump was not working false, he even told me if the company called for me to lie basically he lied to the warranty company and he took 4 days to replace the water pump unheard of.
