I had a great experience with this repair. I used the valet pickup and delivery which worked out perfectly. I really like the remote service that will come to my home to do simple recall updates and oil change service. I was a farmer and always bought Ford vehicles. They were the toughest. I have owned many Ford trucks over the years. All my personal vehicles have also been Fords. I have always told people that a vehicle is no better than the service you receive. Corwin Ford has been the best. I always recommend Ford to my friends. I have tried the rest but I stick with the BEST! More

It used to be better. With in three days of service a friend pointed out that the license plate light was out and I got an automatic light that showed low tire pressure. In service they are so busy managing maximizing profit and their time that customer inconvenience is ignored. Example: I have to take time from my own demanding business, drive 60 miles, arrive first thi and their time that customer inconvenience is ignored.
