Had full service done on my truck, flushed/changed all fluids including front and rear diffs and transfer case, plus oil change, alignment, power steering and brakes. I tried to reach customer service for over two hours to find out if the car was done . No one answered the phone or returned my messages. To make matters worse, no one called to let us know the car was don find out if the car was done . No one answered the phone or returned my messages. We had to leave the car as we paid for a package deal too seal the car inside and outside. we had to bring it back as they didn't do what we paid for. They did not even put gas in it? The point to point inspection was never done. My battery was 8 years old and tested bad and they sad it was good. My tires were never rotated. I just hope they really did my transmission fluid flush properly as I was never able to really see the old oil or even check it now because I have a CVT transmission. Pretty disappointed with paying $1100 for my oil change and hopefully changing the transmission fluid. I ask for the inspection and it was very poorly done. Just sucks because the people were kind but the actual service on the car is not up to par. More
