I drive a fleet vehicle and I’m the only driver. However, the Ford dealership keeps sending service information to one of my coworkers that has never driven this vehicle. The vehicle has not been very reliable and when it goes into the shop it takes a month or two before they can even look at it. The “new technology” is such a pain - like stepping backwards instead of advancing. Electric drive selecting was developed in the 50’s and failed so manufacturers are trying it again 50 years later. When the tow truck came to transport the car to the shop because the car wasn’t working right, he couldn’t get the into neutral because the electric shifter wasn’t working. So I have a hard time recommending Ford as a reliable vehicle. More
