I was very pleased with Doug. He was very responsive and kept me informed the whole time. There were some timing issues and we had to bring the Expedition back in due to a coolant He was very responsive and kept me informed the whole time. There were some timing issues and we had to bring the Expedition back in due to a coolant leak from the repair. Doug kept me in the loop and pushed to get the repair completed. Tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Dealership needs to provide Techs with grease gun on board the service rig. Scheduling is clunky. Ford needs to update.
