Not pleased I was ok with oil change but I need to go back to have my alignment done as the camera wasn't working. I purchased a key for $40 then found out after I was ok with oil change but I need to go back to have my alignment done as the camera wasn't working. Needed repairs Called Junior to set up repair to vehicle that was necessitated by error by Courtesy Ford. After discussing the timing and the work needed, Junior be Called Junior to set up repair to vehicle that was necessitated by error by Courtesy Ford. After discussing the timing and the work needed, Junior became argumentative and rude when it came to our needing to pay for the error of the other Ford dealership's work that was done under warranty. As we worked through those issues, Junior became impatient and eventually hung up. I followed up with another adviser at Corwin to follow up, let them know of my dissatisfaction, and to get an appointment lined up. This adviser seemed to take the situation seriously and said a manager would call me. Nobody ever called. The service at this dealership is very poor and I would recommend going to the other Ford dealers in the NW before them. More

Starter replaced in 2015 Red Edge! I had my non-start Edge towed to Corwin late one evening and about 8:30 the next morning Cody called! He had been to the car and verified it was still I had my non-start Edge towed to Corwin late one evening and about 8:30 the next morning Cody called! He had been to the car and verified it was still a non-starter and was very friendly in telling what the repair process would be! I was very pleased with the way it was all handled!! Thank you much!! The service was excellent I bought a used f150 from Alan at Corwin, he was an excellent salesmen even went as far to contact me the following day to see if I still loved the tr I bought a used f150 from Alan at Corwin, he was an excellent salesmen even went as far to contact me the following day to see if I still loved the truck I bought from him the previous day, a couple days later I was heading up to tricities for a different reason and had problems with my truck, I called Alan he told me to bring it in, Javier looked at it told me I was good to go to where I needed to then come back afterwards and then they diagnosed and fixed almost 1000 dollars worth stuff completely for free and gave me a brand new f150 as a loaner till I could get my truck 2 days later, overall excellent service and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know More
