Darby Monroe is an absolute Angel! !! Truck broke down on July 4th. Luckily Darby was in (service was closed) working over time. She took care of us thru the whole process. Getting us b !! We live in Az so leaving our truck was a little concerning. Darby went above and beyond to make sure we were informed the whole time it was there. She is by far the best service person I have ever worked with. If Corwin wasn’t 2k miles away I would do all my service with Darby. More

Arrived at dealership on June 28th to look at 2016 Ram 3500 was told by salesman that he could not find the keys but wanted us to look at another truck . We left with out looking at the truck that we were 3500 was told by salesman that he could not find the keys but wanted us to look at another truck . We left with out looking at the truck that we were interested in. We arrived on the 29th and talked to a different salesman Jordan he found keys right away. Was told detail had been completed and been inspected in the shop. Ask for new tires and tailgate handle repaired. Was told no problem. So I purchased truck and then found out truck had not been through the shop yet. Left truck at dealership for inspection, tires and tailgate repair. No updates from Jordan . I call three days later and was told it takes five to seven days to go through the shop.Day six still no updates from the dealership. This time I call and ask for a manager I spoke with Daniel he found out the truck was sent to Speck Dodge for repairs. I was told repair would take four days. Once again no updates. I called and left messages finally Chandler called me back for updates . Chandler was helpful and did update me. Truck set at Dodge dealership for several days before repairs were completed. I asked for truck to be detailed again there was hay I the bed , dash , carpet and windows were dirty. Truck was finished on the 24th . When I arrived to pick up truck they did not clean truck hay in bed,carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed,all the window stickers still on and had to ask for temp license plates to be installed so I could leave. All in all there was no communication and very disappointed in cleanliness or lack of detail. The worst dealership experience. More
