Expensive and no communication Salesman didn't make the appointment he said he was going to for me so there was no spot for my vehicle when I dropped it off. He was on vacation the Salesman didn't make the appointment he said he was going to for me so there was no spot for my vehicle when I dropped it off. He was on vacation the day and week he was suppose to make my appointment. The other managers took care of my vehicle 2 days total which was good that it got done but I called and called and called and only got voicemails for the 2 days with no answers on my vehicles status. Someone did call me at the end of the 2 days and told me it was ready for pick up but when I got there (2 hours after the call) my vehicle was out on a test drive and I had to wait 30 minutes for its return to check out. Just the tune up (spark plugs on a v8) was over 400.00 which for 120.00 dollars in plugs each seems very expensive. More

I didn't have a very long wait. Service is great, and staff are nice. Only problem is the waiting room chairs are so low that I could barely get up. Old people need higher seats. long wait Had an appointment and still waited Alamo 2 hours for oil change.
