75% happy I brought my truck in for service before I start the season of camping. Had a couple of things done extra that was recommend. Then was told my batter I brought my truck in for service before I start the season of camping. Had a couple of things done extra that was recommend. Then was told my batteries weren't great and even one should be replaced. I put two new batteries 850 CCA in March 2016 and now there just above 700 CCA now. Wouldn't replace under the motorcraft then was told they were fine. I already went through this in 2015 when the new batteries that I put in started going bad wouldn't replace them either and they were even lower. The truck has two alternators and lost both alternators that year to. I have been told by some other mechanics bad batteries put allot of stress on alternators. So the next day took the truck to another shop had them check batteries got same responds batteries should be replaced. I use this truck for hauling a heavy load and pulling a heavy load at the same time. I do the maintenance on it, I need to know that things are getting done right so I have less chance of having problems when were on the road. So not 100% happy how things turned out again. More

Quick Lube Review I have been very happy to have access to the Quick Lube as a customer, and appreciate the convenience of being able to stop by with my truck instead o I have been very happy to have access to the Quick Lube as a customer, and appreciate the convenience of being able to stop by with my truck instead of having to make an appointment. Previously, it was a day long ordeal to get my oil changed and I would have to use the Corwin shuttle to get to work. Now, I just stop in and wait an hour to get my oil changed. It would be nice if it were a little quicker... but it is what it is! I like being able to watch the guys work on my truck, it makes it more interesting. More

warrenty work The Water Pump started leaking on my 2016 F350 Super Duty truck. I called in the leak on Tuesday and had an appointment for Thursday morning. and had The Water Pump started leaking on my 2016 F350 Super Duty truck. I called in the leak on Tuesday and had an appointment for Thursday morning. and had the truck back by 1:00pm. The mechanic was very informative and showed me the new pump, showing me where he found the leak on my old pump and offered to take pictures of the before and after. I was told that this was an issue with the factory water pump and so when I told them that I had a water leak they ordered a new pump and had it in stock when I arrived. They also have a great snack bar with free gourmet coffee. More
