Excellent replacement air bag job with no dash squeak’s afte Juan O. my service advisor was outstanding, he ordered the parts that I needed and set-up the scheduled repair per my request. Service was completed in a timely manner and the reassembled parts have no squeaks. Now Corwin did an multi vehicle inspection and found the new battery that I purchased last year was having issues. Thanks to that information I was able to have a new replacement battery install at no charge to me. Good job guys! Juan needs to get a paid lunch for his excellent work – Just saying! More

Walla Walla needs a Ford service center! When we purchased our Explorer in Walla Walla, Walla Walla had a Ford service center. Walla Walla no longer has a service center. It is very incon When we purchased our Explorer in Walla Walla, Walla Walla had a Ford service center. Walla Walla no longer has a service center. It is very inconvenient to go to Pasco where there are no loaner cars that are available for customers from Walla Walla. Corwin Ford is very good but the inconvenience of driving to Pasco and then to have no loaner cars available, makes it less than desirable. My overall rating of the service center is not good but it is because of the inconvenience of driving to Pasco and the fact that no loaners are available. I would rate Freddy a 4, it is not his decision to not have a dealership in Walla Walla or to not give out loaners. I would recommend the service center for those who live in the Tri Cities. More
