60K service Done quickly. Upon arrival at 8am, it was difficult to park in the queue for sevice due to many cars and no set alignment. This could be resolved by h Done quickly. Oil Change I dropped by with out an appointment to get an oil change. I did this because once before I called to make an appointment and was told that since the I dropped by with out an appointment to get an oil change. I did this because once before I called to make an appointment and was told that since the new service center was complete, they don't make appointments and I should just drop by. I was surprised when I learned it would be about a 2 hour wait. I was also surprised when I heard other people making appointments for an oil change. Next time I will call to make an appointment and see what happens. More

Vehicle Service Good, Other Areas Need Improvement Improvement needed in getting in touch with someone to schedule an appointment. In the course of 1 week, I tried calling, no one was answering, left m Improvement needed in getting in touch with someone to schedule an appointment. In the course of 1 week, I tried calling, no one was answering, left message no one called me back, finally told receptionist and she forwarded me to manager, he didn't answer someone else did who didn't seem to understand I wanted to schedule an appointment, they informed me "you don't need an appointment." I finally just drove over (from outside Benton City) so I could make an appointment. On the day my vehicle was serviced there appeared to be organized chaos at the front desk. After my vehicle was serviced I paid and was handed my paperwork, I didn't notice until I got home the information on my cover sheet wasn't me, now I have personal information for someone else and their vehicle (makes me wonder who got my cover sheet and has my personal information!) I think there may be a safety issue in the parking lot/service bays traffic pattern. Possible collisions with vehicles leaving after service and vehicles pulling in to service bay, unclear which direction to go in very close quarters. More

Slow service I had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change, at 2::55 I asked why my vehicle had not moved. Nobody had any answers but we will get right on it. Needless to say at 3:55 I was checked out. 1hr and 55minutes for an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable in my opinion. More
