Poor Service After being checked in my car sat for 25 minuets with two open bays. So I asked if my car was getting in soon “yes sir you are next” while 4 workers w After being checked in my car sat for 25 minuets with two open bays. So I asked if my car was getting in soon “yes sir you are next” while 4 workers were standing around bullxxxxing. The manager got wind of the issue and jumped in my car and pulled it in the bay, thank god for her. She made a point to get my car done quickly which they did, 20 minuets. When it was time to check out I was directed to a different guy and he apologized and said he was not sure what happened. When I called for the appointment I was asked if I wanted the complete service and I said no, when he was checking in my car he asked again and I said no, “but it’s only 5.00 more” I said no well it was done and I was changed for it. I will be getting a new Honda Pilot very soon, I tried to support America but America failed me. More

They went over what they were going to do and what they were Miss star bucks coffee. Lady Manager was a boss! I showed up a tad late because I went to actually service department where everyone was on a phone or just xxxxing around. I finally got someone to tell me I needed to go across the way to lube center. The lady, who I was told was the manager, was amazing. Customer service worth $60k a year. I own my own business and I strive to have employees be as courteous. All in all my best experience at Corwin! More

Got the job done, eventually Had an appointment for 8:30am on a Friday for the service department to look at why my drivers seat stopped working/moving. They called at 4:30pm to say they had taken the seat out of the vehicle but had run out of time and never got the chance to look at what was wrong. Thankfully they offered me a loaner car for the weekend, which I was able to keep until the problem was fixed, the following Thursday. That was a life saver. More
