Recall Took three trips and almost a year and a half to finally get this recall notice taken care of. First they said they could do it about a month after I Took three trips and almost a year and a half to finally get this recall notice taken care of. First they said they could do it about a month after I got the recall notice. Then when they finally got the parts in I scheduled another appointment to find out when I showed up for it, they had no record of my appointment and the guy I had set up the second appointment no longer worked here. Finally I got the truck in after calling several times to ensure I still had an appointment and they had the parts. Once everything was scheduled and confirmed, the recall repair went very well. I got my truck back before the time promised, which I never had that happen in my 35+years of dealing with mechanics. More

Windshield wiper blades I purchased new blades in January but did not use them until a few days ago. Problems each time we visit We have had numerous issues each visit. Last visit they scratched interior door and tint, didn’t fix door properly after recall work and my son was t We have had numerous issues each visit. Last visit they scratched interior door and tint, didn’t fix door properly after recall work and my son was trapped in vehicle. Yesterday, we asked that they not wash the vehicle because of the type of vehicle it is (we prefer to hand wash it).. When I showed up to get it, it was dripping wet and had soap residue and had obviously been washed. When I asked why they basically called me a liar and told me they hadn’t washed it. I later confirmed with their management that in fact they had washed the car. The washing itself was not a huge deal, however the way the guys spoke to me like I was a liar and an idiot was not appreciated. More
