Took car in for 50,000 mile service. The service department lacked a specialty tool for one of the lights and we're unable to rotate the tires. This was a serious disappointment to us- e The service department lacked a specialty tool for one of the lights and we're unable to rotate the tires. This was a serious disappointment to us- especially considering the fact that they properly identified the brand of security lugnut (gorilla) yet lacked the socket needed to do the job. We feel it was a cop out and underhanded way to get out of providing full value to us, and we did not receive a discount for the 50,000 mile service. I believe the fact that the vehicle was purchased out of State was a factor. We are not wanting to catch the dealership short- but we are trying to make sure we have proper maintenance of the vehicle to ensure years of trouble free driving. This is a sore disappointment. We scheduled a tire rotation and alignment check with our local tire center, and they will install OEMlugnuts to replace the Gorilla brand lugnuts ttgt Corwin could have potentially removed and replaced for us.
