I drive my F-450 like a sports car and I like it when I can uses all the power and strength of a big truck while maintaining handling and performance. Freddy was always on top of everything making sure that my Race Truck continued to fly. Freddy always tempered the impact of issues while giving it to me straight and with complete detail, I could not imagine dealing with anyone else, he always went the extra mile. Needed repairs Called Junior to set up repair to vehicle that was necessitated by error by Courtesy Ford. After discussing the timing and the work needed, Junior became argumentative and rude when it came to our needing to pay for the error of the other Ford dealership's work that was done under warranty. As we worked through those issues, Junior became impatient and eventually hung up. I followed up with another adviser at Corwin to follow up, let them know of my dissatisfaction, and to get an appointment lined up. This adviser seemed to take the situation seriously and said a manager would call me. Nobody ever called. The service at this dealership is very poor and I would recommend going to the other Ford dealers in the NW before them. More
