I didn't have a very long wait. Service is great, and staff are nice. Only problem is the waiting room chairs are so low that I could barely get up. Old people need higher seats. The customer service is excellent and I'm usually in and out in less than an hour with all my vehicle needs attended to. I highly recommend this Service Center. More
No appt. helped quickly Even though their web site states that no appt. is necessary for quick lane service, I was told that an appt. is recommended for same day service. The service and advisor were both professional and thorough. The walk in appt. was completed in 1 hour. I tried to make an appt. for my other car but was told that there was no room that day or the next. I went online from home and was able to make an appt. a week later. Very happy! More

good service but very over priced good service, but it cost $500 for two new clickers on a ford fiesta. That is outrageous and I would not have paid it unless I had to. Team was courteous but again, why so much for two new clickers. I feel like I should get a lot more for that amount of money. More

I’ve gone in for routine oil changes and two recalls, and other than the month it took to get a service appointment for the recall work, I have no complaints about the price I’ve paid for non-recall work (although I do think it’s ridiculous to have to replace steering control rods at 73K on a 2012 model vehicle, but that’s on Ford, not the local dealer). I was kept updated as to the progress of the repairs as I was waiting in their customer lounge, and all interactions I’ve had with their service department employees have been professional and courteous. More
