Cody also got us set up with a courtesy vehicle loaner which was required because we live out of town and the vehicle being worked on is a vehicle i use for work. Service writer didn’t listen to my wife My wife told service writer not to put the synthetic oil in her car and they did it anyway. Not happy they didn’t listen to her!!!
