Quicklane on a Saturday worked great for me My 2012 Ford Explorer was towed in night before . A relay box on top of my battery melted causing rig to breakdown. After looking at part in parts department was lucky that the box came separate from wiring and David at Quicklane had a mech look at it and he fixed it in the spot. Saved me from having to wait the two weeks out the service center was behind. I paid for part and labor and was repaid by my warranty week later. More

Went above and beyond on holiday weekend We brought out car in for an airbag replacement. When they found some issues with our car on Thursday, we were told it'd be ready Friday. Well, it wasn't completed due to finding MORE issue, and wouldn't be open until the following Wednesday. (Christmas was Tuesday I believe) anyway, they gave us a VERY posh loaner vehicle, even though we bought our car elsewhere, and had it repaired on time. They were pleasant and very customer oriented!
