Don't know where to start. We set an appointment up, drop it off to find out days later that the guy we set it up with doesn't remember. And it sat for 3 days. When we had paperwork in the truck about the appointment. No communicattion at all. When asked about how long it seems like it was a just ignorance with attitude and a simple answer of they are working on it. Not hey, we will try to get it out as soon as possible we can and we will let you know when we know something. Costumer service is lacking. And some of the reasons for mechanical issues are so far off. Curious to see what they found. More

I have visited this place twice and both times they did notcomplete any work except an oil change. I took it in for a recall after they messed with the trim and it blew off on the way home. Then after 8 no notcomplete any work except an oil change. I took it in for a recall after they messed with the trim and it blew off on the way home. Then after 8 non returned phone calls and they sent me three emails reminding me that I have a recall that is still open. I finally got a scheduled appointment for the recall repair and I also ask them to do an oil change and check the rail that was getting water in my car. After they changed the oil and rotated my ties and snapped of a wheel stud I was told they didn’t have the parts for the recall. But want to charge me $267 to replace the stud. So I left with not factory recall repair which was the reason I was there. More
