Drop off and approval of services were the only easy things about this service. The dealership never contacted me when completed and either did not answer when I called or transferred me to someone else things about this service. My car sat for multiple days fixed and me unnotified. they also sent a scam message offering me a purchase quote for my vehicle as it was in “high demand” with an extremely disrespectful price. After I got it back, it had a ding in the back panel that was not there before (you can tell because whomever did it rubbed the dirt of the spot as they were checking it and no notice was given about it.
