In service they are so busy managing maximizing profit and their time that customer inconvenience is ignored. Example: I have to take time from my own demanding business, drive 60 miles, arrive first thi and their time that customer inconvenience is ignored. Example: I have to take time from my own demanding business, drive 60 miles, arrive first thing in the morning with their promise to rush the repair, and the vehicle doesn’t get into the shop until late afternoon! I lose a complete day of business! I don’t have the time for this!! More
