Had engine problems due to manufacturer's problem. Ford warranty covered it. Car sat in the shop for 13 days and Darby with service would not return my calls or text. No rental car. Ended up buying a Ford warranty covered it. Car sat in the shop for 13 days and Darby with service would not return my calls or text. No rental car. Ended up buying a Toyota and trading my Ford in.
