Yes Jonathan was great friendly and not pushy. Frank was kind of rude and was either take this deal or leave I'm not changing anything. The whole process took way too long and I'm not happy that we couldn't add in free oil changes when I added an extra 4k in warranty. Especially since this has been thrown in on other vehicles I've purchased. The corwin connect added fee is not ok with me and useless but I had to be charged for it. More
