We took it in for a recalibration of collision avoidance system after a windshield company couldn’t get it done. Also there was a passenger side mirror not folding in when it shut off. After multiple calls and attempts to text advisor I finally called sales representative to find out the status on repairs. It took 48 hours to get a new battery and recalibration done. Called and left messages for service over couple of months with no one answering phone and no one returning calls. This caused the issue to not get repaired prior to warranty expiring. The wife and I just bought a 24,000 truck. Over a week after we signed the papers we finally got it. Passenger front seat has its back completely off and looks like it was held by Velcro that Over a week after we signed the papers we finally got it.
