He really listened to the details that were most important to us (price and gas mileage) as well as the other features we wanted (backup camera and heated seats if possible). He showed us all the cars we wanted to see, took us on two test drives, and the experience was awesome. We got a higher-end, really nice used car, with really good warranties, for a reasonable price. I really appreciated the time he took to explain all the differences between the cars, to test-drive both of the cars we were interested in, and to make sure we were getting what we wanted. More
