Never again! I went to this dealership to trade in a leased truck and it has been a nightmare! From them telling me they would "waive" the final three payments of I went to this dealership to trade in a leased truck and it has been a nightmare! From them telling me they would "waive" the final three payments of my lease IF I bought a brand-new car (lie), to the point they haven't even paid off my lease yet and I get a bill in the mail! 2 weeks later!! Oh and they added the final lease payment onto the new car! Not to mention that I was told I had to wait until their manager came back to fix everything and then by that time it was too late. Then I get the bill in the mail today, and I called to find out what I can do about it, and I can't do anything because the managers not there! Oh and the payment for my lease was taken out of my checking account today as well! $470 Cha Ching! Nobody can do anything about that either because I have to wait for the manager! I can't believe I was so stupid to believe all the crap! And all they want me to do is give them a good rating! Email after email after email. And that is why the title of my review is never again NEVER AGAIN will I set foot in Corwin ford! And neither should you! By the way I just didn't get screwed buying a new car, I also bought a used car. More

I purchased a used truck here 3 weeks ago and the sales team was very willing to work with me and we make a deal that worked well for both of us. Tanner was not pushy but asked me what I wanted in a vehicle. Jason made sure I got the payment I wanted and worked with me until that happened. I ended up having few issues with the truck in the following weeks but the General Manager Mario was very quick to contact me to work with me on these issues.
