This case we had a great experience. Robert Palomarez made our buying experience easy and comfortable. Not only did he meet us on his day off but came in with a smile. We had been looking at a truck at a different dealership prior to coming in. He looked up the truck we had been looking at and compared It to the truck we test drove with him. He wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with the difference in the truck we were going to buy because the truck we had been looking at was fully loaded. He made the decision very easy and my husband walked away with the truck and the payment that he wanted. Ben Vidourick was also very pleasant and easy to talk to while we were signing paperwork.
