from out of town We arrived in the Tri-Cities only to find that the recall on our vehicle was not done right. We had gas leak. We called Corwin Ford and they said to bring it right in. The service personnel we had was wonderful---thank you Michael. He got right on it---they were booked sold and he told us there was no way of knowing how long it was going to be. He called the car rental place and got us on the road. He kept us informed and luckily was able to get it in the very next day. He was able to deal with our Ford dealer and got all the repair costs covered. He made a stressful situation so much less stressful. Thank you again. More
Outstanding Service by Javier! Javier was outstanding in making my service visit as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Javier continually kept me up to date with phone calls and text messages while my vehicle was in the shop over a 3 day period. Javier also did everything possible to ensure my vehicle's issues were covered under the Ford warranty program. Javier is definitely a "keeper".!! More

Poor craftsmanship The only thing good about my experience was my service writer, Mike. He answered my questions and concerns to the best of his ability. Now the mechani The only thing good about my experience was my service writer, Mike. He answered my questions and concerns to the best of his ability. Now the mechanic on the other hand! He left multiple parts off my truck, and then lied about it saying that's how it came in. These were items that I had put on just a few days before. When I complained about it, Mike told me the mechanic had already gone home for the day, so the shop foreman was the one who had to reinstall my missing parts. Funny thing is, they were the exact same missing parts I had put on the truck that the mechanic said were not there originally! In addition, the mechanic disconnected the parking brake release cable, so my parking brakes were slightly applied and there weren't any warning lights (I'm assuming it wasn't enough to trigger them, but I'm not sure). When I got home I smelled burning oil and hot brakes. I had a problem with my doors locking and unlocking by themselves. At least that's been fixed sorta. I'm using the term 'fixed' loosely. When I lock the doors, the drivers door instantly unlocks because it thinks there's a open door (it didn't do that before I took it to get fixed). Honestly, the drive to the dealership in Prosser is worth it to hopefully have an honest mechanic to do the job right. I doubt I will ever do business with Corwin again. More

Corwin Ford worked as a TEAM! Unfortunately my problem began immediately after purchasing the vehicle. I contacted customer loyalty rep. Al Mcdougal he was kind enough to ensure me Unfortunately my problem began immediately after purchasing the vehicle. I contacted customer loyalty rep. Al Mcdougal he was kind enough to ensure me he wanted to help. He referred me to the service dept. manager where, without hesitation promised this would be fixed with little impact. When I left my car my appointment was not sceduled until 2-3 weeks but Michael (Service dept.) gave me options for drop off and promised this car would be worked on hopefully earlier. This service dept. had my car ready in 3 days! Thank you, to corwin team for making this mishap a simple and very optional process and a special thank you to Al & Michael and all involved. More
