Excellent expereince refreshing I Have been to five dealerships in the past two weeks. looking for the right mustang for my wife i have had two sold out from under me and two dealers I Have been to five dealerships in the past two weeks. looking for the right mustang for my wife i have had two sold out from under me and two dealerships that the sales person had no clue what they where even talking about and it was obvoius they where trying to sale a car that they didnt even no much about. Totally embrassing if I was the owner of those dealerships. We went to Corwin Ford in Pasco kind of holding are breath not really knowing what to expect and it was such a relaxing atmosphere a actual breath of fresh air so to speak.. The most relaxing car buying experience I have even had in my life time. I highly recommend them. Great place, beatuful dealership More

Mario was an excellent salesman who first listened My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Explorer XLT last weekend, and Mario Lara was the lead salesman. Mario was an excellent salesman who first listened to my questions and then found the car (at another dealership) that we wanted. Then Mario put a package together that was an excellent trade-in value for our older, 2011 Explorer XLT. Mario answered our questions and invited us to return, at any time, with future questions. My impression is that Mario is a sincere business man who is interested in, and takes the necessary time, to understand the customer and then match the customer with the vehicle and purchase agreement to close the sale.
