Our salesman Jeff Johnston told us we would not be happy getting a model with fewer options than our trade in had on it and he was right. Jeffrey showed us the car we came to see but we did not like that car at all. Jeff did not try to sell us up instead WE decided to look at a more expensive model to fit our needs. We got a very nice (yes more expensive model) Flex Eco-boost that has rocket like acceleration and almost every option a person could imagine. What a beautiful well-appointed vehicle. It did cost us a day of our lives but should have years of enjoyment ahead. More

Before my wife and I drove 240 miles to purchase a used vehicle, I was concerned about potential corrosion on engine compartment components which were not pictured on the internet. Mario went the "extra mile" to text me a few extra pictures and a short video showing the engine compartment of the vehicle I was interested in. Despite the fact I could have been considered a "low probability" buyer at that time, Mario's extra effort and additional information made it easier for my wife and I to make the journey. We ended up choosing a different F150 Platinum in excellent condition and were very pleased with our overall experience at Corwin Ford. More

He really listened to the details that were most important to us (price and gas mileage) as well as the other features we wanted (backup camera and heated seats if possible). He showed us all the cars we wanted to see, took us on two test drives, and the experience was awesome. We got a higher-end, really nice used car, with really good warranties, for a reasonable price. I really appreciated the time he took to explain all the differences between the cars, to test-drive both of the cars we were interested in, and to make sure we were getting what we wanted. More
